Growing up my favorite sports were gymnastics and dance.  Living in Baltimore, naturally I tried lacrosse but it wasn’t a hit for me.  In my college years I expanded to cheerleading and rock climbing and today I love my Zumba classes!

I will be the first to admit that I am no expert in soccer, however, as a pediatric physical therapist I have a lot to share when it comes to movement activities for preschoolers. I can’t wait to combine this knowledge with my love for bright spring mornings and have some fun out on the soccer field!
